How do I return an item/receive a refund?
If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Vampire Coffee or Tea order, Let us know within 30 days of purchase from our website (retail and Amazon excluded) for a full refund.
For any merchandise or apparel returns, simply send our team an email with your order details and a short description on why you'd like to return the item and we'll have a paid shipping label created for you. Once the return has arrived to our fulfillment center, we'll then submit your refund in full and send you a notification confirming your refund.
*Coffee is considered a grocery item and is not able to be returned. Our money-back guarantee does not apply to orders exceeding $40 or orders placed outside of www.vampirecoffee.com or vampire.com from one of our official Amazon seller listings. International orders outside of the US are not eligible for return but if something is wrong with your order, please contact our customer support team at info@vampirecoffee.com and we will be happy to help with a resolution!
